The formula glides on smoothly, providing an intense pop of color that dries to a semi-matte finish. Apply a glossy topcoat to add shine. While all 6 shades an be used alone in 2-3 coats, for an even brighter color, use it over a white nail polish. These beautiful shades even glow under blacklight.
All neon nail polishes contain fluorescent ingredients that will eventually fade to a lesser bright color within a few months, however, they will still be neon. Store your nail polish in a dark location away from sunlight, and do not expose the bottles to UV light, to maximize their brightness.
