How GITD Polish Works
Glow in the dark polishes contain phosphorescent pigments that absorb and store photons from ambient light. The longer they're exposed to light, the brighter and longer the glow. Most polishes charge fully in 30–60 seconds under a bright lamp.
Tips for GITD Polish
- Apply over white for the most vivid glow – dark bases significantly reduce the effect
- Hold your nails under a bright light or lamp for 30–60 seconds to charge
- GITD polishes can dry slightly matte – seal with a glossy top coat
- UV-reactive polishes need a blacklight to activate, not just darkness
