⚠️ Important: Duties & Tariffs for U.S. Orders
To avoid surprises when you receive your parcel, we now collect duties and tariffs at checkout (when applicable). These charges will be included in the shipping cost (when applicable).
Duty rates are determined by U.S. Customs regulations and vary depending on the items in your order. All duties and tariffs are automatically calculated according to U.S. guidelines.
📦 Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Order processing times may be longer when we are actively shipping pre-orders. Please refer to our Pre-Order Info Page for current status.

Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout with rates calculated in real-time:
- NailStuff Tracked (US): Our discounted shipping option to bring you the cheapest rates possible. To ensure the best pricing, the carrier cannot be selected and will be chosen based on your location.
- Carrier Options: We are not able to offer any other service provider at this time.
Note: Not all regions will have access to NailStuff Tracked rates due to distance from metropolitan areas. All rates displayed at checkout are calculated and provided directly by the carriers.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Can I add to or edit my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can help you make changes.

Do you combine orders?
Yes! If you have an open order, you will see a shipping option at checkout called: "Combine with open order: #XXXXX"
Select this option to combine your orders. The shipping portion is waived and the price at checkout will only be for duties/tariffs that are automatically calculated according to U.S. guidelines.
