The Cooper Do-Nuts Riot was in response to police harassment of the queer, predominantly gay male, community at a donut shop in Los Angeles in 1959, and is often cited as the first gay uprising in the United States. Do-Nuts is inspired by the gay pride flag. Do-Nuts is a deep blue jelly base with a green to teal to blue magnetic pigment.

      Stunning!

      I absolutely adore this colour combination, and the formula magnetizes beautifully. I painted my swatches in three coats to get depth of colour, but then the base looks almost black. I may do two coats for my actual manicure so that I can see the blue base better.

      Beautiful in all lighting!

      This is a gorgeous hunter green in low light and absolutely vibrant in full sun. Full coverage in two coats, nice to work with and quick to dry. My picture has Do-Nuts on my middle and ring finger, 2 coats magnetized in velvet style with one coat of base coat and top coat. My mani is coming up on a week old in the photo and is just starting to wear at the tips, great longevity. (Pointer and pinky finger are Heart of the Ocean, also by Glitch)
