Just Like The Moon by Danglefoot Polish is a glow in the dark nail polish in a clear base, large silver flakes and scattered holo. Opaque in 2/3 coats or works as a topper. The photos show it very bright, it's not quite as bright in real life!

Application
Toppers can be worn as a single coat over any base polish to transform your look. They can also be worn alone in 2-3 coats for maximum dimension and depth. Layer to your desired preference.
A base coat can prevent staining (especially for darker shades) and top coat can prolong the wear time and minimize chipping.
