Blue Fire effect topper is inspired by the ice dragon Viserion in Game of Thrones ❄️ Small silver holo flakies, with blue aurora shimmer in a clear base. It dries completely smoothly!
This polish was sold alongside Viserion by Cadillacquer, which is also available for pre-order.

Apply in 2-3 coats for maximum dimension and depth. Layer to your desired preference.
