How water decals work
Water decals use a simple transfer process. Cut out the design, soak it in water for 10 to 15 seconds, slide it off the backing paper onto your nail, and smooth it flat. Seal with a top coat and the design sits flush against your nail surface, with no raised edges or texture. The result looks more like a print than an add-on, which is what makes water decals a favorite for detailed artwork.
What's in the collection
The NailStuff water decal range includes watercolor roses (in purple, red, and blue), watercolor flowers in pastel, bold, and muted palettes, golden tulips, feathers, reptile snakeskin, bold geometric patterns, sheet music and newsprint, superhero comic book panels, and seasonal designs for Christmas, Halloween, and autumn. Most designs are large sheets with enough art for several manicures.
Pair with nail stickers for more variety
Water decals and peel-and-stick nail stickers mix well together and qualify for the same deal. Using decals on accent nails and stickers on the rest is a quick way to create a layered look.
