Use it over the Planets collection Galaxy edition to add a beautiful speckled starry look. If you use this over a magnetic nail polish, make sure to use the magnet again to keep the magnetic effect.

Application
Toppers can be worn as a single coat over any base polish to transform your look. They can also be worn alone in 2-3 coats for maximum dimension and depth. Layer to your desired preference.
A base coat can prevent staining (especially for darker shades) and top coat can prolong the wear time and minimize chipping.
The utmost care is taken to ensure that product pictures match the real color of the polish. Please note that colors can appear different on different device screens.

Nail polish is classified as a flammable hazardous material under US DOT regulations — all polish orders ship ground only via carriers approved for ORM-D/Limited Quantity cosmetics. No air shipping on polish orders. Non-polish items such as nail stickers, files, and tools are eligible for standard international shipping options.
Delivery to the US typically takes 7–14 business days from the date your order ships.
