Due to the nature of the products that we carry, we do not accept returns.
Refunds and Replacements (if applicable):
If there is a problem with an item that you have purchased, please contact us as soon as possible via email: orders@nailstuff.co with a detailed description of the issue as well as pictures (if there is damage, etc.).
The issuing of a refund or the mailing of a replacement is at our discretion, on a case by case basis.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
